Randstad Education are looking for enthusiastic full-time tutors who have a passion for ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential. The role will require a tutor that can join in with the ethos of the school and really make a difference.

We are looking for Maths, Science and English tutors who are able to manage a class of pupils with a diverse set of behavioural and emotional needs. Successful applicants will have experience in a PRU or EBD setting and be able to engage with and inspire vulnerable young people. The role is based near Shrewsbury and is a temporary position which is due to start in September for twelve weeks which will turn permanent after this period for the right applicant.

The school caters for young people with challenging behaviour and provides opportunities that promote a ?can-do? approach for all learners.

You will collaborate with other staff and subject specialists to ensure that we provide an exciting and visionary curriculum that clearly identifies progress and areas for improvement. You will also have responsibility for the management of a small team of teaching assistants.
