I have a requirement for a SAP HCM consultant for a 6 month contract in the Midlands.
The role will include:
- Work with client personnel to qualify and detail a preliminary listing of change points/requirements
- Investigate/understand existing design and configuration to evaluate options for delivery
- Document revised design using client standards
- Undertake necessary configuration change
- Work with CTS offshore resource to specify and deliver any necessary developments- Document test scripts for new functionality for UT and SITSupport client resources in UAR Key SkillsLead the Team EffectivelyComplete the Deliverables assigned within the stipulated TimelinesManage Senior Client StakeholdersReport on Issues Impacting Project DeliveryConduct Workshops with regard to the Proposed SolutionEmployee performance Management and associated processesEnterprise portalEmployee and Manager Self Service Experience:Minimum 2 IS-U implementation cycles HDM role OR minimum 4 years ina lead support role on a HCM implementationExperience in client facing interactions during a design/realisation phase
