HR Advisor - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract - South West, London

Preferably candidates will be available for an IMMEDIATE START or have 1 weeks' notice period.

My client, a well-established company based in South West London is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their department for a 6 month fixed term period.

To be suitable for this position you will already be at HR Advisor level, with a varied HR generalist background including solid experience of ER, policies and procedures. You will be confident dealing with all manner of HR issues and be comfortable working with senior managers at Director level.

Although not essential it would be ideal for candidates to be part or fully CIPD qualified.
Working knowledge of HR Change Management would also be an advantage along with experience of providing expertise and support to Managers with regards to organisational design and change management issues.

There are a number of interesting on-going projects to be involved in, including developing business objectives/strategy, "lean process", recruitment & selection, succession planning & talent management - so the ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter, keen and willing to be involved in a variety of tasks and able to manage a variety of personalities.

The salary for this position is between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. The office is located in South West London accessible on the District Line tube and the London to Waterloo mainline from Surrey borders.
