This position will suit somebody who has previously worked as an Executive Assistant to board level management and possesses outstanding organisational and man-management skills.
You will be responsible for secretarial support, diary management, worldwide travel co-ordination and general administration, including dealing with customer, suppliers and other key stakeholders.
This role requires versatility, as you may occasionally be required to travel to other locations for meetings and experience organising and planning meetings, workshops and conferences. You will be professional in approach, have exceptional communication skills and be able to work independently.
You will be highly proactive, with a very positive attitude, have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
It is essential to have high-level IT literacy - particularly advanced ability of all Microsoft Office suite as you will be responsible for preparation of presentations, board papers and meeting minutes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally and within the team are also required. European language skills would be highly beneficial.
This is an urgent requirement and you must be able to start in August .
