A well-established housing association based in Watford are looking for an interim Project Manager to join them on an 18 month fixed term contract. The housing association have recently procured a new Housing Management System and they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work across its implementation within the business.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the housing management system (HMS) implementation from initiation to "go live"; in line with Prince 2 methodology. Key responsibilities will include:
*Prepare, maintain and agree the project plan
*Ensuring adequate resources are available to effectively complete all tasks laid out in the project plan
*Monitoring and reporting on any project risks or concerns
*Resolution of any issues that arise during implementation
*Production and preparation of project status reports
*Management and control of user acceptance testing
To be suitable for this Project Manager role you MUST have gained previous experience within a housing association and will ideally have worked across a similar CRM, EDM or HSM (housing management system) implantation. Although not essential, a Prince 2 accreditation would be advantageous as would experience with MS Project.
The salary on offer for this Project Manager role (Housing Management System Implementation) is £50,000 basic plus benefits.
