A leading global brokerage is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, ITIL, Reuter, Bloomberg, Trading Platforms, Service Management, Service Desk) to join their Service Management team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the logging and tracking of incidents, problems and requests and carry out initial incident diagnostics. Everything that isn't escalated to a 2nd or 3rd line support team will be your responsibility and it will be down to you to keep the business updated with any major outages that would affect service. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating various systems and assisting with the installation of various internal and external applications.

To be considered for the role of Service Desk Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, ITIL, Reuter, Bloomberg, Trading Platforms, Service Management, Service Desk) applicants must have the following:

  • Experience in an IT Service Desk environment
  • A good understanding around Windows applications
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • ITIL certification is essential
  • Knowledge of financial trading platforms or applications will beneficial
  • A flexible approach and ability to pick things up quickly
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
