Key duties include:
• Preparing Client presentations/pitches including selecting appropriate content, design and ensuring brand integrity.
• Managing the PSL Tracking - Bid and Tender spreadsheet for use across the business.
• Assist Business Development Director in running the Client tender process including selecting content/design, liaising with relevant contacts across the business for input/content, ensuring all are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Managing our Client contract updates
• Tracking contract renewals/expiring agreements
• Client revenue analysis / top client monitoring
• Completion of client new supplier forms
The successful candidate will have/be:
• Experience of working with a Professional Services recruitment business in a similar role
• Experience of being able to demonstrate a track record of success of winning bids and tenders
• Proactive, with a “can do” attitude
