A world leading brokerage is looking for an ITIL, Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, Exchange Service Desk Analyst to join their team in the City.

As an ITIL, Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, Exchange Service Desk Analyst you will be working to an ITIL framework and be expected to meet all the SLAs and KPIs in place. You will be providing internal support via email and telephone and as a result communication skills are key.

To be a suitable applicant for the ITIL, Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, Exchange Service Desk Analyst position you will require the following skill-set:
