Sales - Trainee Recruitment Consultants needed. Real Staffing Leeds is the company hub for commercial IT contract services to the regions. We have 17 people on the contract team (with headcount to grow to 23) covering vertical specialisms across the whole spectrum of IT and project lifecycles. We are looking for a number of people currently on both contract and permanent. On the contract side we have actively been recruiting Trainee Consultants. We are still keen to see these people but also would like to see Senior / Principal Consultants with a strong recruitment background. Main Responsibilities: Candidate Management- Source candidates using various methods (database, networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising)- Maintain a candidate database using Real's bespoke Siebel system to enable effective monitoring of candidate movement and matching of candidate's to client requirements- Candidate qualification against skills, location, salary- Conduct candidate qualification interviews (on the phone and face to face) to establish suitability for vacant roles and for proactively marketing candidates to specific areas- Develop and generate leads through identifying opportunities that arise from candidate movement- Negotiate and gain commitment with candidates on candidate offer terms and conditions of employment to successfully secure profitable placements- Conduct candidate monitoring calls/meetings after candidate is placed to build candidate relationships Skills & Knowledge- Articulate and a proven role model of professionalism and company values- Analytical skills- Effective time management skills- Listening skills- Ambition- Discipline- Commitment- Integrity- Competitiveness- Computer systems, database skills Competencies- Accountability for results- Sales/Technical expertise- Planning- People management and development (informal but with a view to grow into part of your role)- Adaptability and Flexibility- Customer focus / service- Commercial and Market Acumen- Communications- Self Management and Development- Team Work and Co-operation- Creativity and Innovation
