Working with a leading educational consultancy, we are seeking an Office Administrator to join a small, friendly and efficient administration team of 4, based in Huddersfield, Yorkshire.
This role will report directly to the Administration Team leader and will be responsible for answering the telephone and emails, dealing with enquiries and queries, inputting data, preparation and binding of reports, dealing with outbound and incoming post, filing and data management. In this role you will also assist with the preparation for training events, booking hotels and arranging travel.
This position would suit a graduate who might be at the start of their career but also those with experience who wish to develop their skills within a supportive company. Suitable candidates will have exceptional telephone communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude and have experience with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ideal candidates will have good numeracy skills and a good eye for detail.
Your working hours would be Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Benefits include 25 days holiday per annum, pension contribution and private healthcare.
