Working with an educational SME based in the Huddersfield area of West Yorkshire, we are seeking to hire a candidate to cover for the current Finance Officer due to a period of maternity leave (approx. 9mths).
Typically you will be managing the company finances supporting the preparation of the month and year-end accounts. You will also be responsible for credit control, processing weekly bank transfer payments, produce weekly/monthly end balances, production of P&L, BS and budget reports, analysis of monthly sales and expenditure, VAT reconciliation, cash flow management and forecasting, monthly payroll, expense claims and P11d checks.
You will require strong working knowledge of Sage, a related qualification (AAT min), have excellent communication skills, and have a high attention to detail.
