Working with an internationally renowned membership organisation that deals exclusively within the travel industry, we are seeking to establish contact with experienced HR Directors who are seeking new opportunities and fresh challenges. This position will hold responsibility for managing and leading the HR function for a multisite environment and to develop and drive all HR strategies covering the EME region.
This position will create an HR environment which drives forward the organisations competitive advantage through identification and management of all HR related deliverables of key business objectives. This role will be focused on developing strong relationships within the senior management team, delivery of critical legislative information, leadership of the HR team, including objective setting and KPI's, plus overall associate engagement and diversity across the region.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 3 - 5yrs experience working within a Senior Management post. You will be politically and commercially astute and able to demonstrate your experience dealing with senior level decision makers. We are seeking candidates with knowledge of both European and Middle East employment legislation, although this is not prerequisite. You will be required to have experience with project planning with a sound understanding of financials. The successful candidate will be required to have and HR Degree (Masters Qualification preferred) and a CIPD member.
There will be travel required as part of the role, both to Europe and North America.
