Due to out of date data on the businesses system they need an individual to dedicate their time cleansing this data. The data cleanser will be using a CRM database, experience using a CRM database is preferred.
Main duties will include -
To cleanse the data on the organisation’s CRM database using a variety of sources (e.g. internet research) to validate the proposed updates.
To enhance the integrity and structure of the data in the organisation’s CRM database.
To seek out areas where data quality and analysis can be further improved.
To prepare an updated comprehensive user manual on updating CRM data.
The ideal candidate will have experience in -
Excellent database use skills with a background in information cleansing
Demonstrable experience of proactive information cleansing skills.
Proven database systems experience
Previous experience in a similar role
As a large portion of the role is over the phone, an excellent communicator is essential, and experience making outbound calls would be desirable.
