A highly successful organisation within the financial services industry sector are looking for a professional Training Coordinator/ Learning Development Programme Manager to join them.
As the Training Coordinator/ Training Programme Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the organisation and management of a range of learning and development programmes including training events, in house seminars and classroom based training. To be suitable for this role you will have the following experience:
*Scheduling training courses
*Preparing and collating event and training material
*Project management of all aspects of training programmes; coordination of internal teams to deliver programmes effectively
*MS Office - Word, Excel, Office
*Strong communication skills - able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
*Excellent organisation skills
To be suitable for this position you will have previously worked as a Learning and Development Assistant, Learning and Development Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, Learning and Development Programme Manager, Training Programme Manager or within another similar position. You will possess impeccable time management skills with the ability work to tight deadlines. Exposure to a professional services environment would be beneficial.
The salary on offer for this Training Programme Manager role is £28,000-£32,000 basic.
