Technical Support Consultant (Messaging) - Bath

A large and well established organisation based in Bath are looking for an experienced Technical Support Consultant to join their Networks and Infrastructure team. This role will focus on the design, installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT systems; ensuring business applications can be used by the company.

As the Technical Consultant within the Networks and Infrastructure team you will be responsible for the following:

*Configuring and monitoring corporate messaging infrastructure to maintain intra and inter site communications
*Monitoring security systems
*Providing technical support to staff - resolving technical issues

To be suitable for this Technical Consultant role you must have gained experience across the following technologies:

*MS Exchange 2010 services
*Providing support for firewalls, proxy servers and third party mail scanning services
*Supporting solutions to deliver mail and calendar items to mobile devices and to deliver remote mail archiving
*Windows Server operating systems; Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012
*Active Directory and associated networking services

The salary on offer for this Technical Consultant role is £49,000 basic, plus benefits.
