Our client based in Redhill, Surrey have expanded rapidly over the past few months, and due to the unexpected growth they are now looking to take on a number of personable and professional people to join the company at an extremely exciting time.

The role is a customer service agent but within medical insurance, making this a good opportunity for call centre staff that would like to gain a role in a specific market where they are subject to amazing progression opportunities.

Main duties will include -

Provide medical assistance & advice to customers / partners of the company anywhere in the world.

To exercise cost control and awareness of insurance terms & conditions for clients.

To assess customers needs and co-ordinate with the Medical Team to create appropriate/efficient action plans/recommendations.

To plan and arrange worldwide repatriation of customers.

Unbeatable training is provided, and eventually you will be responsible for decision making on claims, so this role isn`t just your average claims adviser role!

This role would suit someone with some sort of medical background, be it a degree in something similar or even a nursing background. Equally would suit someone who is excellent on the phone and has exceptional customer service skills looking for a new challenge.
