Major multi-million pound land developer and high value deluxe home builder seeks a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager working from it’s Head Office in North London. This position reports to the CEO and main Board.

This high level and demanding position will lead shortly to a position as Sales and Marketing Manager after the candidate has demonstrated that they can manage all aspects of the role, grow accounts and generate new business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience in building, land development, interior design and estate agency. This role demands someone confident, highly articulate and with a strong warm personality, flair and gravitas and used to dealing with people from all levels including agency staff to senior directors and wealthy land owners.

There are real opportunities to achieve very significant commissions for the successful candidate.

The skills and experience required for this position as Sales and Marketing Manager are as follows:

• Successful sales experience working for a high value house builder and land developer is absolutely essential.
• Ability to connect and pitch to senior decision makers and clients for this Sales Director Designate. Ability to grow into Director position in a short period of time.
• Experience in the following areas is absolutely necessary; overseeing management companies, new developments, site launches, sales and marketing, project management, land acquisitions, team manager.
• A background including interior decoration would be a distinct advantage
• Demonstrable and supportable past sales achievements
• Proactive, clear and articulate communicator
• Ability to be able to present effectively
• Ability to juggle and control a number of major sales projects
• Experience with contracts , dealing with and managing agencies, solicitors, pricing information, installations etc
• A highly disciplined Sales Manager able to run all office based sales functions and customer services
• Ability to prepare a Sales and Marketing budget prior to exchange.
• General sales activities such as PR, managing advertising agencies preparing brochures, photography, interior decor, advertising, scrupulous checking of artwork/copy
• Interviewing site sales staff, selection of estate agencies
• This position requires someone on call 7 days a week.
• Preparing weekly reports and summaries to the CEO and Board

Location: Within one hour’s commute of St Albans or North West London

Full UK Driving licence required.
