My client, a Microsoft, VMware and Citrix partner in Reading is seeking a Microsoft Specialist to provide 3rd/ 4th line level support within the Technical Support Centre.

This role offers sociable working hours, on call, £5K car allowance along with healthcare and pension.


  • Exchange 2010 /2013
  • System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007/2012
  • Windows 2012 Server
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012
  • Windows 2008R2 Server-Standard/ Enterprise/ Datacentre editions (including Hyper-V)
  • Windows 2003 Server - Standard & Enterprise Edition
  • Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
  • Active Directory
  • Clustering Services
  • Terminal Server / Services 2003 / 2003R2 / 2008
  • Must have excellent telephone skills to be able to deal with customer issues, change control request discussion and problem handling.
