We urgently require a bright and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst to join a small team helping to resolve minor issues and problems for a 6 month contract. Although they will predominantly be 1st line issues there is some cross over into 2nd line support and therefore a willingness to learn and gain further skills is needed for this role.

Our client is based in St Albans and due to their location and occasional travel to another site, the successful 1st Line Support Analyst will need to have their own transport.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will be dealing with approx. 20 calls per day and will need to have experience of Active directory, MS Exchange and Windows 7 or XP. They must be confident, articulate and willing to go the extra mile!

Although this is only a 6 month contract there is a good chance for extension and the potential for this role to become permanent.
