HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant
An HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant is needed to join one of world’s largest independent Online Games Studios. As the first point of contact regarding all employee matters expect to play a key HR admin / support role within a bustling HR department.

Joining as an HR Assistant / Human Resources Assistant you will deal with a variety of HR admin tasks relating to Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Payroll, plus other project work to help improve the service that the HR team delivers. On a day-to-day basis expect to draft offer letters & contracts, deliver new starter inductions, manage employee files, provide HR administration support and much more.
To qualify... You should be a highly organised Office Administrator / HR Assistant / HR Administrator or similar who can demonstrate:
- The ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks;
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Confidence to communicate with employees and management at all levels;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word, Excel & Outlook);
- Proven experience of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity;
- Admin experience in a busy and agile office environment.
Any previous HR experience is advantageous, as is previous experience of HR databases, knowledge of employment law and a relevant HR Qualification (CPP).
