Our client is currently looking for a Process Improvements Analyst to work in Guildford. The Process Improvements Analyst is responsible for providing process improvements and governance to the development and testing teams. The Process Improvement Analyst must have experience of testing or have worked within a testing environment previously. The Process Improvement Analyst must have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC). The Process Improvements Analyst will ideally have experience of working with Quality Centre (QC) or a similar testing tool

The key responsibilities of the Team cover:
• Process Improvement
• Process Compliance (Audit and Metrics reporting)
• Project/ SD Process Support

Test Process Improvement:

Reviewing standards and practices for testing within IT and develop the ACDM Testing Process areas with input from the wider testing community.

Working with the relevant IT and business areas to support improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of UAT and System Testing.

Test Process Audit:

Having Involvement in QA process adherence audits, with a particular focus on the aspects that impact the quality of delivery and success of the testing phases.
