The Job:

Previous experience of this type of role is essential - a minimum of 3 months experience working in London Secondary schools. Ideally, we are looking for Teaching Assistants who are:

- Available for a minimum of 3-5 days a week - Flexible with regards to travel and able to take bookings on the day

-Who live in West London - particularly Ealing and Brent - Able to ensure effective classroom management in line with the schools' behaviour policy - Happy to work with a range of ages and abilities

The School:

The schools and Academies we work with vary in terms of their size, catchment and religious background and ethos. Our Teaching Assistants support within a range of classrooms and often provide one to one support to pupils with different abilities, including EAL, SEN and from a range of varied socio-economic backgrounds and home lives. We understand that every school and child is different so we carefully match our Teaching Assistants to schools and children to which they work with best.

The Child:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers of Key stage 3 and 4 students. The students will be of mixed ability so the ability to adapt and be flexible will be essential. It is advantageous if you have worked with SEN and EAL students as many of the schools we work with have a high percentage. To add to this, your numeracy and literacy skills must be strong.
