Account Manager (Junior)
Account Manager (Junior) required to support the Senior Account Managers/Consultants in managing both their existing and new clients. You will be working side by side with your managers to not only ensure that Clearwater offer an exceptional service but identify the opportunity to grow these accounts.

Account Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

• Requirement Qualification calls- running through the details of the roles with the hiring managers to ensure that we understand in full the job description and requirements
• Working with the Delivery Manager and the overall delivery team to distribute in new requirements so that they can be worked effectively
• Candidate Management- Speaking to candidates before and after their interviews to check that they have everything they need and are prepared for the interview process. Also to check commitment to the roles and companies and feedback on interviews.
• Client administration- Processing and submitting CVs to clients, uploading candidates on portals if necessary with clients
• Attending client meetings in Senior Account Manager’s absence or alongside Senior Consultant.
• Taking incoming calls from Client’s and dealing with their requirements
• Agreeing terms of business with new clients or responding to rate queries

Account Manager Skills and Experience:

• Account Management experience- Ideally 1-2 years experience in any sector (Recruitment ideally)
• Experience of managing both new and existing business
• Experience of growing accounts through identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good PC literacy
• Experience of working to financial targets ideally
