Human Resources Business Partner vacancy with a large financial services company in Reigate. Day to day you will be responsible for dealing face to face with executive level internal customers. This is an HR generalist role however you will be looking after the finance area of the business, including finance teams, brokers and marketing.
You will be accountable for recruitment of new staff and managing relevant employment agencies. As HR Business partner you will sit-in on performance management meetings of staff when necessary and work with managers around Employee Relations issues linked to lateness, sickss and time keeping etc.

Strong people skills are required for this role as there is an ‘open door’ policy, which means you will regularly deal with staff face to face at all levels. Persuasion and influencing skills will be advantageous as the HR Business Partner will be working with managers and team leaders across the business and will need to gain buy-in around certain processes, procedures and change.

The successful HR Business partner will have the following key skills:

• Experience of working at HR Business Partner level
• Work in a large, fast-paced environment. Follow processes in line with company structure
• Microsoft Excel, Word,
• Provide assistance to the HR Manager by working on HR projects
- Equality and Diversity Projects (reporting directly to CEO)
- Internal talent development
- Internal communications
• CIPD/ CPP qualifications are desirable
• Experience in a customer facing role
