1st Line Support Analyst - Kingston-upon-Thames / Surbiton - Financial Experience, IFA, Application Support, Software Support - £24,000

A leading provider of web based management systems for the financial sector are looking for 2 x Application Support / Software Support / 1st Line Support Analysts to join their growing team in Kingston. The 1st Line Support Analyst will be working within the Support Team providing Software Support and basic training to the users of Intelligence Office.

The day-to-day duties of the Application Support / Software Support / 1st Line Support Analysts will include help desk support - answering support calls from clients and processing support emails, logging calls and using initiative and taking ownership of queries, investigating and resolving queries and escalating them where necessary, testing new software functionality, general administrative duties and supporting the Account Manager with client liaison.

To be a suitable applicant for the 1st Line Support Analyst role, you will require the following skill-set:

MS Office

Application Support / Software Support

Strong Financial Services experience (e.g. trainee paraplanner, admin support within IFA)

Excellent Customer Service

Analytical
