IT Trainer - Marlow, Buckinghamshire - £250 - £350 p/d - 6 month contract. This successful, global technology business is looking for a dynamic Senior IT trainer to advise, promote and train users across the firm's current technologies. With excellent communication and infrastructure knowledge you will lead the development of a central training resource dedicated to documentation, training materials, virtual and face-to-face training sessions.

You must be capable of writing technical training documentation and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Office 365 and should also be familiar with video conferencing. Experience of creating documentation and training for Video Conferencing and/or Cloud PBX migrations, would be considered particularly advantageous, as would experience of web site design.

An important part of this role will be to regularly engage users in feedback sessions, to listen to their requirements and then devise strategies optimising training delivery and engaging the widest possible audience across the business.

You will be confident in devising training and induction programs and confident in your delivery of these. In addition, you will be expected to provide post training support and identify and carry out any continuing IT training needs. Another part of the role will be to work closely with the IT team during upgrades and migrations, to test the improvements, assess the impact they may have on users and foresee any issues that might arise from these.

To be successful in this role, you must be confident, with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to training. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint is a must. Knowledge of Cloud PBX systems is desirable but not essential, as is experience of working in an international environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience delivering IT training sessions in a business environment, be technically skilled across a range of applications and be confident delivering the full training lifecycle for a large business.

In return, the company offers a competitive daily rate of £250 - £350 p/d, with the potential for the role to go permanent at the end of the 6 month period.

To apply for this role, please send a Word copy of your CV, including reference ASH12492RT in your subject line.
