Our client based in Warrington are currently seeking a 1st line call logger/ user access administrator to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate must be proficient with using Active Directory. Key responsibilities include the following: -

•Approval of requests for system access, this may entail further investigation to ensure that the requested access is suitable for the job role and any database or folder access has been authorised by a senior member of staff.
•Annual check looking at generic logins, Temporary and Training Accounts to ensure that they are managed correctly.
•Account Creations for New Starters & Change of Job Role
•Account Deletion for Leavers & Change of Job Role
•To log all calls on the call logging system, Marval
•Support for all in house systems and business software
•To document systems and processes
•Answering user admin telephony queries

Location: Warrington
Rate: £9 per hour
