This role is due to start mid September, initially until Christmas
A fantastic opportunity for a teacher of PE in a strong department. The PE Department provides a stimulating, well-balanced and inclusive curriculum which is designed to allow all pupils to maximise their potential.
The number one aim of this school is to enable all students, irrespective of age, ability or background, to achieve their full potential academically and socially. Raising attainment is the highest priority because this is the key to improving the life chances of our young people and giving them choices in the future. These chances must be for all students and not just a few.

The school thrives in an area of social and economic disadvantage and the proportion of students eligible for free school meals is well above average. The number of students included in the academy's register of special educational needs is also above average. Students with learning difficulties and or with a statement of special educational are supported in their learning through individual learning plans within mainstream teaching, in class support or personalised intervention.
