The Organisation:
The Green Recruitment company have been tasked to fill a key position within the subsea industry acting as the first point of contact for, and responsible for the day to day management of company maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities:
• Operational single point of contact for maintenance agreement customers
• Accountable for the P&L of the maintenance agreements, including management of ship’s budget via the applicable Ship’s Superintendent
• Oversee the development of maintenance agreement delivery specifications, detailing contract summaries, customer and system specific issues, specifications and support documentation to ensure effective transfer to ship and to project management team
• Responsible for improving standards, quality and delivery of service within maintenance agreements, analysing risk, lessons learnt and exceptions to expectations, feeding back as necessary, to meet and exceed customer requirements
• Ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of commercial and operational targets
• Ensure that all repair operations follow agreed and published procedures
• Deliver repair operations when time allows or manage the use of additional internal resources to deliver the repair / mentoring where necessary
• Full responsibility for planning, execution and close-out of repair operations, incl. all billing aspects
• Maintain a technical understanding of all of the maintenance agreements
• Maintain a close relationship with clients and ensure the relevant
• Able to undertake short lead time projects as necessary, if resourcing allows.
• Management of more junior engineers ensuring the development

Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge of the marine engineering industry, encompassing telecoms, power and other marine sectors - offshore Maintenance experience a positive quality to bring to the role
Good computer skills, including working with financial, commercial and technical spreadsheets
Proven experience working within a cross-functional environment
Strong and demonstrable Project Management skills (ideally with qualification, eg. Prince)
Experience of contract management and knowledge of customer service
Excellent interpersonal and team working ability
Demonstrate innovation in creating solutions tailored to meet the customer’s needs
Relevant degree or education consistent with good analytical capability.
