Our established client based in the rural area of Burghfield Common near Reading are looking for a confident, pro active project administrator on a 1 year FTC with the possibility of the position going permanent.

As a Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a large programme. You will support the Programme Manager in the day to day co-ordination of the project and maintain all relevant project documentation, including assisting with the planning, prioritisation, delivery and liaising with work stream leaders, staff and other stakeholders to facilitate delivery of the project.


Provision of direct support to the Project Manager.

Establish and maintain an up to date project documentation library that aligns with PRINCE 2 or the clients individual methodology . This is to include the project plan, risk and issues plan, change control process, quality plan, communications plan, resource plan, records of minutes and meetings, action plan, benefits plan and a lessons learnt log.

Co-ordinate, compile and publish reports as required by the Line Manager.

Provide exception reports and closure reports to the Project Sponsor and Board as required.

Maintain audit trails of critical documentation and decisions

Co-ordinate project meetings and ensure that agendas, actions and supporting papers are circulated in advance. To attend all meetings and produce minutes in a timely manner.

Co-ordinate inputs to the project highlight reports and publish the approved version.

Provide monthly status reports on the progress of actions agreed at project meetings or in highlight reports.

The role would suit a strong PA/administrator who has had exposure to projects and a understanding of methodologies and is now looking for a full time project based role. Key skills which they are looking for is confidence, good organisation skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
