Office Assistant / QA Assistant
We are seeking an Office Assistant / QA Assistant to join the Quality Assurance / QA team within a leading training provider in the delivery of high quality courses.
Based in the beautiful town of Selby, this leading paper based and eLearning provider are renowned for delivering high quality courses and support to learners, employers and further education colleges across the UK.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Office Assistant / QA Assistant will work across Learner Support, Student Records / Enrolment and Awards teams to ensure all internal moderation / compliance is followed in a timely manner. Liaising with tutors, awards bodies and college partners, you will work within a large and friendly team providing administrative support that upholds the quality assurance aspects of the business.
To qualify… Whether you call yourself an Office Assistant / Quality Assurance Administrator / Compliance Administrator or similar it doesn't matter, you just need to be able to show:
- A well-organised mentality and the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy;
- Good communication skills;
- Proven numerical and written skills;
- The ability to use all MS Office programs and a familiarity with other bespoke databases;
- An eye for detail and a methodical manner;
- Good telephone manner;
- A willingness to adapt and respond to the changing and varied needs of the business.
