Major International corporate seeks an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Campaigns Manager to be a crucial part of the Marketing Team to help manage the execution of a number of digital campaigns and product launches and re-brands.

This company already has a number of important well known market leading brands and this individual will help build these brands and launch new products.

This is a large acquisitive organisation and the there are very good opportunities for personal development as the company grows.

Skills and experience required for the position as Marketing and Campaigns Manager are as follows:

• Previous experience in a similar role working for a corporate delivering digital marketing campaigns essential.
• Other marketing experience in CRM - and to be able to deliver a CRM plan; loyalty and retention, new product positioning , implementing marketing plans, digital strategy , online marketing, managing agencies and Social Media will be absolutely essential.
• Dynamic, proactive and innovative skills essentials.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Develop and lead on the implementation of high visibility marketing campaigns that contribute towards meeting goals and objectives.
• A Degree in Marketing or Business would be expected as Marketing and Campaigns Manager
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a distinct advantage.
• Liaise with marketing colleagues on the use of data and market research in strategic development.
• Initiate, write and edit promotional material and commission brochures, videos, websites and other material from external suppliers, ensuring all materials are consistent with the brand.
• Ensure knowledge is kept current on best practice for the use of the whole marketing communications mix.
• Manage specialist external suppliers from design to print, producing high quality marketing communications materials.
• Manage relationship with external PR agency as Marketing and Campaigns Manager
• Contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies across the business units.

Location: Candidates should live within one hour’s commute of Reading
