A global and leading financial services organisation who have worldwide recognition and respect are currently seeking a Market Access Support Analyst - (Support, Connectivity, Exchange) to join a close-knit team of experience professionals to work with cutting edge technologies supporting the FIX Gateway.

The successful Market Access Support Analyst - (Support, Connectivity, Exchange) will sit within the technology division that is responsible for the provision of customer and operational services within my client's organisation. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that is responsible for user enablement and customer testing activity which covers all markets and services. You will also be responsible for on-boarding activities for the FIX Gateway and also for provision of market access support for trading, market data and post trade services across equities, derivatives and fixed income markets.

Other responsibilities of the Market Access Analyst - (Fixed Term Contract, Support, Connectivity, FIX 5.0, Electronic Trading, Equities, Derivatives, Financial Services, London) include but is not limited to:

  • Acting as the gatekeeper to customers requiring access to the Live market
  • Creating customer production and CDS enablements for all supported products
  • Performing Certification testing and Connectivity testing
  • Proactively handling customer market access issues
  • Working closely with the Technical Account Management team to understand client requirements
  • In order to be considered for the role of the Market Access Support - (Exchange, Market Access, Support, Connectivity, Low Latency, FIX 5.0, Electronic Trading, Equities, Derivatives, Financial Services, London)

    the following is important:

    - BSc degree is a technical subject with a 2:1 or above

    - Relevant industry experience in a similar role, with good technical knowledge of IT systems

    - A good understanding of Equity and Derivatives markets would be very good

    - Ability to work a shift pattern between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 hours
