Our client is currently recruiting for a 1st / 2nd Line Support role to be based in Crawley, West Sussex.

The strong 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst will have strong experience of call logging, pc builds and will excellent trouble shooting skills.

The established 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst will have strong experience working with the below technologies.

Windows environment: Windows 7, Office, Exchange, Outlook 2010
PC Builds & Imaging
Password resets
TouchPaper call logging system - Ideally but training will be provided
