The Organisation: The Green Recruitment Company is representing an international construction services company in their search for a Sustainability Manager who is experienced in performing BREEAM assessments and managing the BREEAM initiative on behalf of the company.

The Role: The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for all BREEAM activities. The Sustainability Manager will need to have excellent delivery skills and experience of managing existing and developing new client relationships. The Sustainability Manager will;
• Manage BREEAM schemes and initiatives.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Build professional relationships with the company’s clients, local authorities and partners.
• Provide input into sustainability indices in construction and to environmental legislation.
• Provide expertise in BREEAM and other areas including ISO 140001.
• Work with clients, senior regional teams and projects teams.

Experience and skills: The Sustainability Consultant will ideally have;
• Relevant qualifications (BSc., MSc. etc.)
• Experience in BREEAM assessments (essential)
• You must be a BREEAM Accredited Professional.
• Previous experience of working alongside multidisciplinary teams (especially design and construction) on construction and refurbishment projects.
• Competent leadership and confident skills.
• Confident approach towards clients and colleagues.
• Experience in the new build and construction sector.
