HR Shared Services Manager - Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire - up to £50,000 + car or car allowance . An excellent new opportunity has arisen for an HR specialist with a shared services background to join a hugely successful national business.

This newly created role focuses on the harmonising change within the organisation, based on data processes and reporting. The incumbent will develop HR management information and HR analytics for the Group, with a particular concentration on predictive analytics.

You will have demonstrable experience managing shared services team who are responsible for transactional HR services.

Leveraging the HR database they must ensure that maximum advantage is gained and that line managers and senior management are provided with timely reports and insights.

To be suitable you will need to possess extensive knowledge of HR data, information and administrative processes. A high degree of IT and analytical skill is also required (Excel, PowerPoint and project management applications are essential).

You must have conducted business process reviews, managed bespoke teams and external parties. You should have experience with payroll processes, time management applications and be prepared to make presentations that will influence.

This is a permanent role and is paying a maximum salary of £50,000 + car or car allowance. In addition there are an excellent range of benefits and a bonus scheme.
