An award winning provider of multi asset trading technology is trying to find a Graduate Implementation Engineer (Computer Science, C++, Java, UNIX, Graduate) to work as part of their FIX Connectivity team within their Surrey based office.

As a Graduate Implementation Engineer (Computer Science, C++, Java, UNIX, Graduate) you will be responsible for implementing connectivity between two parties on my client's network and analyse any requirements for new services. You will be expected to liaise with clients and internal teams regarding connectivity based projects and maintain accurate information with regards to projected go-live dates, current status and everything within the workflow system.

To be considered for the role of Graduate Implementation Engineer (Computer Science, C++, Java, UNIX, Graduate) you must have:

  • A Computer Science or similar degree at 2:1 or above
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrable programming skills in C++, C# or Java
  • Experience with UNIX or Linux is beneficial
  • As is a knowledge of London equity and option markets
  • Desire to learn both business and technical aspects of the equity trading markets
