We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Executive to assist with the Sales, Customer Service and Management Training for our client based in Surrey. The successful Learning & Development Executive will assess the training needs for new and existing employees across the organisation, put together annual training plans and deliver effective operational, product and systems training as required.

Our client, a global insurance company based in Surrey with approximately 500 employees is looking for this Learning & Development Executive to join their team of 10 to promote a positive learning culture in order to improve the individual and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities for the Learning & Development Executive:

• Assess training needs for new and existing employees and put together annual training plans.
• Be aware of changes in regulations and keep training programmes up to date with these changes.
• Compare call monitoring assessments providing feedback and identifying any areas of training required.
• Design and deliver training activities as required and record the training activities within the training files and on the HR systems, producing regular management reports.

Key Skills & experience for the Learning & Development Executive:

• 1-2 years’ experience of working as a Learning & Development/ Training Executive.
• Demonstrable experience of researching areas of training, putting together training plans and delivering the training to employees.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Previous experience of working with a Medical Insurance/Travel Insurance background would be highly desirable but not essential.
