We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients Technical Services team to provide strong administrative support and help to ensure the smooth running of the team to include organising meetings, scheduling on-call support and dealing with purchase orders.

This is a new opportunity to join a driven and proactive team that provides critical system support to numerous customers. Our client is an extremely dynamic and innovative organisation that offers an excellent working environment and good opportunity for progression.

The salary will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience.

Key responsibilities for the Co-Ordinator/Administrator:

• Scheduling and co-ordination of the Technical Services engineers to ensure that cover is provided at all times.
• Co-ordination with 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure purchase and delivering of new technologies goes according to timescales.
• Obtaining sign-off for Purchase Orders from the Finance Director.
• Carrying out monthly reporting on SLAs for all customer systems.

Key Skills & experience for the Co-Ordinator/Administrator:

• Excellent proven administrative skills to include good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good customer service and external relationship building skills.
• Desires to become the support function for a highly technical team.
