An established global business is looking for an experienced hands-on IT Systems Manager to supervise a small team based from their offices in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will report into the Financial Director and be responsible for maintaining and developing all IT and communication systems - hardware, software, network, telephone, website and other associated technology. The IT Systems Manager will be tasked with providing hands on technical support, developing all IT procedures, co-ordinating third party resources, controlling the IT budget as well as managing any IT projects.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in an IT Manager or Systems Manager position. It is essential to have proven experience of managing a small IT team as well as broad network and infrastructure technical skills. The ideal candidate will also have some ERP systems knowledge and experience of managing IT projects from planning to implementation and testing.

This is a key role for a successful business and will offer the post holder the opportunity to make a significant impact. This IT Systems Manager role is paying a basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits including non-contributory pension, healthcare and 25 days annual leave.
