HR Advisor (Employee Relations) - Kentish Town, NW London

My client a large well-known engineering company based in Kentish Town in North West London is looking for an HR Advisor to join their department on a permanent basis.

To be suitable for this position you will come from a generalist background and must have experience of Employee Relations, policies and procedures. You will have worked with staff at all levels including senior managers; be confident with up to date policies and procedures; and have experience of other employee relations issues including disciplinary & grievance procedures and redundancies.

Working knowledge of HR Change Management would also be an advantage along with experience of providing expertise and support to Managers with regards to organisational restructure, design and change management issues.

There are a number of interesting on-going projects to be involved in - graduate recruitment schemes, business objectives/strategy, succession planning & talent management, recruitment & selection - so the ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter, keen and willing to be involved in a variety of tasks and able to manage a variety of personalities.

The salary for this position is between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits. The office is located near to Kentish Town accessible on the Northern Line tube, or Gospel Oak on the Overground.
