This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Secretary/PA to join a very busy corporate environment for a minimum of 6 months maternity cover (this could extend to 12 months).
This is a "top-level" secretarial role that requires meticulous attention to detail, an exceptional level of organisation and the ability to remain flexible and astute at all times. You will provide a broad high-level administrative function including project support, coordinating meetings and arranging detailed travel itineraries for the CEO as well as the Executive Directors.
To be suitable for this position you MUST have excellent prioritisation, time management, organisational /systems structuring and communication skills. Previous experience working for a medium to large organisation as a PA/Executive Assistant to a CEO is essential. The successful candidate will be proficient in using all Microsoft Office packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio also desirable) and be a confident trouble-shooter. It is worth noting that although this is a SW London based position you may be required to travel throughout the UK to various sites and be available on the occasional Saturday.
Typical duties will include:
-Diary management for CEO and awareness of Executive Director's day to day commitments
-Full secretarial support to CEO (letters, reports, presentations and minutes)
-Ad hoc secretarial support to Directors when required
-Ensure internal & external communications are sent out on time
-Arranging internal & external meetings, travel requirements & hospitality
-Organise corporate and management events (entertainment & corporate)
-Ad hoc project work
The salary on offer for this position is up to £38,000 plus a generous benefits package.
Offices are based in the SW London area, close to Wimbledon.
