This role is based in Brentwood for up to two days per week and your remaining time is spent visiting clients across the country.
The role will require you to have demonstrable experience in international trade, in import/export, logistics or in similar industries. Experience of working in an inspection/certification industry and/or the compliance verification of products will be an advantage. Other sectors will be considered if you have experience selling the professional services of a blue chip company.
You will have proven and demonstrable Sales experience driving results/profit/ROI at local/regional/national level as well as demonstrable Sales Leadership experience through coaching, developing and driving profitable growth. You'll be accountable for defining a coherent business growth strategy and related execution plan to include KPI and other performance measures
Additionally you will be involved in working with the senior executive team on sales planning , forecasting and marketing development strategy.
You will need to maintain existing relations with assigned clients, managing, developing and growing sales. You will identify opportunities to develop new business and participate in bid invitations alongside other divisional Directors.
