A leading market making specialist who are renowned for their innovative strategies within the financial technology sector are seeking a Junior SQL DBA (SQL Server 2012, T-SQL, SSIS). Within this opportunity you will be joining an international capital markets firm where you will be able to gain highly technical experience within financial data and working alongside senior team members in creating an automated database platform.
Within this Junior SQL DBA (SQL Server 2012, T-SQL, SSIS) opportunity your key responsibilities will be a combination of querying, analysing and transforming SQL Server databases, making it essential to have experience with SQL Server 2008 and above. This is an opportunity that will allow you to be a SQL Server expert within the financial sector. You will use T-SQl to programme statements, stored procedures and reports.
You must have a solid understanding of database systems through both a computer science degree and commercial experience.
Key requirements within this Junior SQL DBA (SQL Server 2012, T-SQL, SSIS) opportunity are as follows:
- At least 2 years experience within SQL Server - Must have
- Familiarity with using T-SQL for various procedures and queries - Essential
- Either experience in crystal reports or SSRS - Required
- Familiarity with SSIS - Desirable
- A computer science degree - Essential
- Passionate about growing into a senior DBA role with a well established organisation - Required
