We can provide you with supply position while we seek the perfect permanent position for you. We are keen to speak with NQT's currently seeking positions within schools across the Portsmouth area who are dedicated to pursuing a varied and satisfying career in teaching.
We work in partnership with some fantastic schools in the area where you will gain confidence in your teaching skills, helping you gain invaluable experience at excellent rates of pay. These centres range in size, catchment area and ethos. We understand that every student and every centre is different and as a result we carefully match our staff with the right centre and the right student.
Due to the range of schools we work with experience of working within SEN and EBD would be advantageous however not essential. There are a proportion of schools with EAL students and so strong literacy schools would be beneficial.
Roles vary from day to day, temp to perm contracts to full time roles depending on the client and candidate's specific requirements.
We are looking for Teachers for day to day and long term assignments that can?
Be available three or more days a week
Will develop professional relationships with students and staff
Be able to liaise with outside agencies
Have effective behaviour management and be calm under pressure
We can help with CPD, and in some cases will work with our schools in order to help you get some or all of your NQT signed off.
