IT Software Application Support Analyst - Immediate Start

A highly successful international media organisation is looking for a bright and articulate Application Support Analyst to be based in the Paddington area, London. This will be a fixed term contract for initially 3 months with a possibility of becoming a permanent role.

Reporting into the Applications Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for bespoke business applications & MS CRM for approximately 700 UK users. Duties will include logging problems, diagnosing the faults, fixing where possible and escalating if required.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have an IT degree or industry related qualification. It is essential to have some experience working in an Application Support Engineer, Systems Support Analyst, Software Support Specialist, Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer or similar role with proven experience of supporting bespoke software and/ or large off the shelf applications such as MS CRM. Experience gained through a placement year will be considered.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable IT experience in an established organisation. This Junior / Graduate Application Support Engineer role is paying a basic salary of up to £28,000 pro rata plus benefits including discretionary bonus, pension, season ticket loan and 25 days annual leave.
