You will need to be able to demonstrate a breadth of generalist and administration experience and be able to offer a proven ability to drive HR processes, demonstrate planning skills, show initiative and have accountability, whilst independently leading projects.
Responsibilities will include, project work, inductions, recruitment, on boarding, benefits reviews and database management. In addition, supporting senior management and managing contractors.

The client is offering a salary of £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and benefits include a matched pension up to 5%. Holidays are 25 days plus bank holiday.
