The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st to 3rd line remote and onsite IT Support to a number of SME clients (approximately 50-150 users) located in the London, SE, South coast and Thames Valley region. As part of a team the (Senior) 1st-3rd Line IT Support Engineer will be expected to take ownership and resolve a wide range of faults from 1st line fixes, through to system building, server rebuilds and even acting as onsite IT Systems Manager.
In order to be suitable for this position you must have experience working in a Field Engineer, (Senior) IT Support Engineer, Managed Services Engineer, Windows Administrator or similar role with proven client facing experience, both face to face and over the telephone. It is essential to have broad technical skills including Windows Server administration as well as possess an MCSE (2008 or higher) qualification. The ideal candidate will also have some Citrix (Xenapp and desktop), VMware and SAN experience, however this is not essential.
