The Role
Due to demand we are currently recruiting a bank of Team Teach trained and experienced primary, secondary and special needs teaching assistants and learning support assistants to work within a variety of special schools in and around the Preston area. Having recent Team Teach training is beneficial however not essential.

We are looking for teaching assistants, youth workers and learning support assistants with at least 6 weeks experience within the last 12 months of working with primary, secondary or young adults with special needs within a school or educational setting. You must be able to provide references to cover this experience.

You will be adaptable, hardworking and able to build rapport with a range of students with a range of abilities. You must have excellent behaviour management skills, experience of working as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant and be available for daily supply as well as short or long term contracts.

The School
The schools we currently work with vary from small special needs units, EBD units and large special schools with several different sites. Pupils can have a range of needs including EBD, SLD, PMLD, SPLD and MLD and aged from Nursery to Post 16.
