The International Drug Policy Consortium (IDPC) is a global network of NGOs and professional networks that aims to promote objective and open debate on the effectiveness, direction and content of drug policies at national and international level, and supports evidence-based policies that are effective in reducing drug-related harm.
We are looking to appoint a Senior Policy and Operations Manager to contribute to the strengthening of our secretariat operations and lead on the development of IDPC’s policy and advocacy work with a specific focus on health and HIV issues. The successful candidate will have strong operations and management experience coupled with highly developed policy and advocacy skills. S/he will have a proven track record in policy analysis with an ability to operate at a high level of international affairs. Experience working on policy issues at the intersect of drug control, health, HIV/AIDS and harm reduction is highly desirable.
